Postnatal Yoga/Yoga for Parents is a moderately-paced yoga class that relieves shoulder and back pain, strengthens deep abdominal and pelvic muscles, and builds stamina and flexibility. This class is appropriate for postpartum parents 6 weeks past delivery, or for parents/guardians with kids of any age (Sore shoulders/back and weakened abdominal strength aren’t just postpartum issues!) We begin the class with a short community check-in.
New to us? Feel free to try out a class for $5, after which we hope you’ll become a member! Weekly unlimited memberships begin at just $14 and include full access to our online content library of recorded classes. Memberships are on a “choose your amount” model so that you can pay what you feel you can afford based on how many classes a week you think you’ll be attending. OUTDOOR Postnatal/Prenatal Fusion Schedule, PRE-REGISTRATION REQUIRED. You must fill in this questionnaire before you leave the house for every outdoor class you attend, including a temperature check.

Important details for outdoor classes: Pre-registration is required for all of our in person classes. They are often full with a waitlist, so please only register if you plan on attending so that you do not take the space from someone else. Be sure to fill in the online health screen each morning that you are attending the class (link above.) Please bring all of your yoga props with you plus a towel to go under your mat. Mats will be spaced 6+ feet apart. We recommend arriving and departing with a mask on, but do not recommend a mask for the class itself. Please do not linger to socialize after class.
Location of outdoor classes: Classes are located at Burlington’s Smalley Park, on St. Paul Street at the top of Kilburn Street. This park is just a 2 minute walk from our Burlington studio location. Parking is available along Kilburn Street, or in any of the unmarked spots in the parking lots in front of or behind our building. We will not have bathrooms available for these outdoor classes – sorry!
