Welcome to our online EvoKids Yoga classes! Our teachers are experts at engaging your little one through song, movement, and FUN on Zoom. Our current online kids classes are for EvoKids ages 2-5: Mondays 9:30-10 am, and Fridays 9-9:30 am. Looking for a different age group or an in person class? We will be offering in person outdoor 6 week series for babies, tots, school aged kids, and teens this fall. Consider becoming a member to access these classes plus our always changing online content library of recordings! Members also receive 70% off in person 6 week series.
Missing social engagement for your little one? Baby Yoga is a song-filled class for babies sitting, scooting, crawling and slowly walking. Baby Yoga helps build coordination, strength and balance for these young yogis.
EVOKids Ages One to Five
Get ready to have fun with yoga! We’ll sing, greet the sun with sun salutations, and explore yoga poses through imaginative play. This class will have big fun energy and wind down with a relaxation.
Tots On The Move
Physical play joins creativity in this toddler yoga and movement class for strong walkers to age 3. With singing voices and stretching bodies, we will lean into our imaginations as we fly and slither into new yoga worlds.
Our preschool yoga class builds a yoga vocabulary of poses and breath work in a fun, creative way – all the while stimulating imaginations, maintaining natural flexibility and building strength and stamina. This class is best for ages 3-5 but welcomes kids of all ages to join us!
This class is for EVERYONE – parents, teens, and kids! Anyone can join, but this all-levels class will flow like an adult class and is specifically geared toward those who can follow a 45 minute flow class. It’s a great PE activity for school-aged kids or for parents home with children.
EVOKids Grades K-5
Feeling sluggish in the afternoon? Looking for a movement break or a PE activity? Our 30 minute yoga practice will help deepen focus and connection and get our bodies moving. Yoga is a great way to increase physical fitness, agility and strength while learning tools to self regulate and manage big emotions.
Get ready to find inner peace and outer strength as we explore energizing flowing sequences, de-stressing restorative poses and mindfulness practices in a safe, judgement-free environment! This class will be a fun, upbeat way to manage stress and to get PE requirements in.
Infant Yoga + Massage
Join us for this light-hearted class for babies 6 weeks to pre-crawling. Mindfully connect with your little one through song, gentle movements and relaxation. Class activities increase baby’s body awareness, aid in digestion, and cultivate a more relaxed and joyful state for the baby.
