As both a nurse and a dancer, and now mama of a little one, Danielle has always had a passion for health & wellness. Danielle took her first barre class in 2015 and instantly fell in love with the practice. She was drawn to the combined elements of ballet, pilates, yoga, and musicality and quickly became enamored with this style of movement. She loved the energy it brought to her life and the positive changes to her mind, body, and overall health. She completed her teacher training at the Barre Guild Academy in 2019 and Yoga Sculpt Teacher Training at CorePower in 2020. Danielle brings her many years of professional dance training to her classes. Her classes are empowering, upbeat, and will leave you feeling strong and beautiful inside and out!
Pre & Postnatal Barre – Fridays 10:30-11:15 am on Zoom
Danielle’s online barre class combines a traditional approach of sustained holds & micro-movements with elements of yoga, dance and her own pre/postnatal journey. This total body class is set to upbeat music and aims to leave you feeling inspired, connected, and strong while you celebrate with other mamas. You do not need a barre to participate – chair, countertop, or stable surface are perfect! During this 60 minute class, you can expect 45 minutes of movement. 10-15 minutes is spent at the start of class connecting with other mamas in the community.
