Evolution Prenatal & Family Yoga Center ESSEX is calling all yoga superheroes for a fun-filled week of active yoga poses, games, outdoor play, craft projects, mindfulness practice, and relaxation. Children will enjoy tapping into their own superpowers as well as learning more about superheros in our midst. We will visit parks daily to enhance our yoga practice and get in some good outdoor play time. Yoga helps children become attuned to their bodies inside and out – come join us for a SUPER week of yoga!
Please pack a nut-free snack, water bottle, and change of clothes for your child.

Get ready to get creative! Our EvoKids Yoga and Art Camp will include yoga games and activities on the beautiful Lang Farm property. Campers will greet the sun with grass under their feet and nature all around, for the true meaning of sun salutation! They will stretch and energize their bodies, explore creative expression through a variety of art materials, learn mindfulness, self-calming and relaxation techniques and make new friends in this dreamy natural playland. Weather permitting, our camp will prioritize outdoor adventures. Lang Farm lends itself to inquisitive walks for the discovery of nature to inspire & create beautiful works of art. Let your yogic and artistic creativity explode!

Our Gumby Guppies will enjoy a dynamic day of yoga and sailing. This camp will begin with the basics of yoga both on land and out on the water exploring balance and fun with stand up paddleboards (SUPs). After waking their bodies with yoga in the morning, campers will take to the water and learn the basics of sailing on 23-foot keel boats. Camp takes place at the Community Sailing Center in Burlington. Registration is through the Community Sailing Center.

Through yoga and sailing, our campers will connect to both the land and the lake environments as they practice balance, gain strength and become more flexible in the outdoors. Campers will start their day with yoga both on land and on stand up paddleboards (SUPs) and learn the basics of sailing in the afternoon.Camp takes place at the Community Sailing Center in Burlington.
