Our strength training classes focus on building the abdominal muscles, connecting the abdominal and pelvic floor system, and creating solid movement patterns. We will address many common female concerns including diastasis recti, pelvic floor dysfunction, and symphysis pubis dysfunction.The class is high-impact and super fun!
