The Prenatal Strength Class is a safe and effective workout for all stages of pregnancy. Strength training, mobility, and mindfulness are all central to this Prenatal Strength training method to prepare expectant mothers to have a healthy pregnancy, birth and efficient recovery. These group training sessions can be modified to all fitness levels and all trimesters.
