Our strength training classes focus on building the abdominal muscles, connecting the abdominal and pelvic floor system, and creating solid movement patterns. The class will also address many postpartum topics and concerns including diastasis recti, pelvic floor dysfunction, symphysis pubis dysfunction, breath work, return to high impact exercise, and much more – however, you do not have to be postpartum to attend.
If you are recovering from birth, you must have clearance from your medical provider and be at least 6 weeks postpartum. You may bring your baby with you until she/he begins crawling, and then check out our babysitting services in our Essex playspace.
