Postnatal Yoga/Pilates Workout Is a moderate energy class focused on toning, strength, stability, flexibility and most importantly balance. Students primarily use body weight to build overall strength from core to calves. This class is fun, high energy, and challenging. Modifications can be provided for beginners or those seeking an additional push. Class is never the same and will keep you engaged! All classes are set to loud and upbeat music.
Students are welcome to bring non-crawling babies. This class is not appropriate for anyone with a more than 2 finger diastasis recti unless permission has been given by a physical therapist and a consult has occurred with the instructor.
