Postnatal Strength 6 Week Series: Build Your Home Workout Routine (Babies Welcome)

For many postpartum moms, transitioning back to work or the business of life after baby can often mean it’s hard to find time to come to a class at the studio. While we wish you could come FOREVER, we understand that life gets in the way, and babies start to be on the move! Join our trainer Alma and create a strength training routine that can be done at home, at your convenience, and around your busy schedule.


Fridays, 12-1 pm

Session 1: Sept. 13-Oct. 18
Session 2: Oct. 25-Dec. 13 (no class week of Thanksgiving)
$95. Makeups for missed classes can be done on any other postnatal yoga or strength class.
