Starting solids with baby can feel a little overwhelming. To help you feel more confident and capable this course will walk you through the basics of starting solids with research-backed information and tips.

This introducing solids course will cover the following topics:
– When to start real food with baby
– Introducing food allergens
– Key nutrients for baby
– What is Baby-Led Weaning and is it right for you?
– Balancing real food feedings with breast milk/formula
– Keeping baby safe

Most babies start solid food between 4-6 months, so you’ll likely want to sign up when your baby is around that age or a bit younger.
