Join Rachel to stretch, get stronger, and have fun with other kids in our homeschool yoga class for ages 5-10. We’ll explore a variety of yoga poses, sequences, games and activities to deepen focus and connection and get our bodies moving. Yoga is a great way to increase physical fitness, agility and strength while learning tools to self regulate and manage big emotions.
Winter session: January 4-February 15
7 weeks, $98 with unlimited makeups for missed classes
Fridays 12:15-1 pm
Make-ups for missed classes can be completed on the alternate class of the week for the appropriate age group (or as close to the correct age grouping as possible.) Make-ups can be completed at either of our locations. PLEASE NOTE: make-ups must be completed during the session and cannot roll over to the next session.
