Join Rachel for an hour and half of yoga and lunchtime with other homeschooled children ages 5-10 for mini four week sessions. We’ll explore a variety of yoga poses, sequences, games and activities to deepen focus and connection to breath in relation to a monthly theme. Yoga is a great way to increase physical fitness, agility and strength while learning tools to self regulate and manage big emotions.
Our class will include a 30 minute lunch break where the children get to socialize together (please provide your own lunch and drink, and remember, we are nut free!)

Make-ups for missed classes can be completed on the alternate class of the week for the appropriate age group (or as close to the correct age grouping as possible) Make-ups can be completed at either of our locations. There is no need to schedule your make-up class, dropping in is fine. PLEASE NOTE: make-ups must be completed by the end of the currently enrolled session. We cannot carry make-ups over into the next session.
