Carrie Chambers

Carrie started practicing yoga in 2012 as a way to stretch out and help prevent running injuries. An avid half-marathoner, she discovered the physical benefits of yoga right away. It wasn’t until a few years later that she discovered the true beauty and power of yoga on and off the mat. Carrie did her kids yoga training with Kate Root at Sangha Studio and in addition to teaching Tots on the Move at Evolution PFYC teaches weekly yoga at her son’s daycare in Burlington.
